Finally, after more than thirty years of service in the public academe, I and my husband can now do the things that we have been longing to do. We have lived our lives working with dedication. This means there were many times that we would sacrifice our pleasure for the passion of teaching. But now is our time. We had foreseen that after all these years, we are definitely going to treat ourselves to a vacation of a lifetime. First stop of course would be the national parks tours so we get to see the real things that we lecture as history teachers.
